Section 3.1 - RESIDENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS :

   Every class of members of the Association, save only the Honorary Members shall be deemed to be attached to the Centre within the geographical boundaries in which he usually resides or is in employment or practices or carries on business.

   All members residing or in employment or practicing or carrying on business abroad or in Indian Territory not within geographical limits of any Centre, shall be attached to the Headquarters.

Section 3.2 - DIVERSE RESIDENCE :

   A member whose residence is not within the territory of any Centre may, upon a written request to the Council of Management with the consent of the centre concerned, be included in the centre of his choice, with full rights, until such .time as the territory of his residence or business, is embraced by another Centre.

SECTION 3.3 - TRANSFER BY CHOICE :

   A Member whose residence and place of business both lie within one Centre, may apply to the Council of Management for consent to transfer his membership to another Centre, conveniently located, and such permission shall be given provided both the concerned centers agree to such transfer.

SECTION 3.4 - MEMBERSHIP AT ONE CENTRE ONLY :

   No person shall be member of more than one Centre at the same time. Similarly, no member shall remain attached to the headquarters after a centre is formed in his area of operation.
